What we do with your details
We ask for the minimum needed to answer you about your yard, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you send the contact form we store your name, your email address, the project type you picked, anything you put in the optional company field, and your message. Nothing else is captured. We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Why we hold it
So we can reply, arrange a visit to your property, and put together a design and a price. If we end up building something for you, it also gives us a record of what you asked for at the start. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or pass these details to anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted after twenty-four months. If we build a patio, a wall or a pool for you, the correspondence stays with the job file so we can answer questions about what was installed later on.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@nrdlandscape.com and we will remove your details and confirm within five working days. You do not need to give a reason. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run retargeting. Any analytics we use are aggregate, telling us which pages get looked at, not who looked at them. Videos and maps embedded from other services follow their own privacy terms.
